Delivery conditions

Details about the delivery products shall be delivered via worldwide forwarding shipment, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Purchased products shall be shipped within seven days following receipt of payment (in instances of advance bank transfer); products made to customer’s own specifications shall be shipped, as an exception, within six weeks, at the latest, following receipt of payment.

Martinair007 shall notify the customer immediately if the performance is not available or only partially available; the counter-performance shall be refunded to the customer immediately in the event of termination of contract.
